Why a Membership Fee?

The $30 membership fee serves a few important purposes that contribute to maintaining the quality and functionality of The Findlay Office. First, it encourages members to commit to using the space and helps us keep track of active members, ensuring we don’t exceed capacity and everyone has a comfortable, productive experience. This fee also helps cover essential costs that remain even when the space isn’t fully occupied. It’s our way of balancing affordability with sustainability, so we can continue offering a well-maintained, energizing workspace for all.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP & PASSES

BOARD ROOMS

Looking for a space to meet in Findlay?
Host a board meeting or conference inside The Conference Room (seats 16-20) or The Huddle Room (seats 8-10) for creative or strategic planning style meetings.
These rooms are available to rent by the hour by any member.

Rentals available for non-members by request.

DAY PASS

Once you’ve made the decision to come into The Findlay Office for the day, reserve access in one the day pass spaces:
The Long Table or The Lounge, both located in The Main Place.
Reserve space for one day or multiple days with no time limit for each day. (Monthly day-pass is perfect if you’re expecting to come more than 9 times a month)
Seats are first come first serve.

Private Office Day Pass - $40/day

DESIGNATED

Looking for a space to call your own? Cubicles (in The Main Place) are available to rent by the month and include a locking filing cabinet.
Private Offices are available with locking doors, a mailbox, and some include a closet.
A signed lease is required for both options. 24-7 Access to the building is granted for these members.

Do you need The Findlay Office for multiple people in your business? Let’s chat and put together the perfect plan for you and your group’s needs.

The Corporate will hold the Membership and assign who they will allow to use The Findlay Office during the duration of the agreement.

In order to reserve space in The Findlay Office, you must be a member and have access to The Member Portal

The first step to working at The Findlay Office is to become a member.

  1. Membership is Required for any individual who wishes to utilize The Findlay Office. This membership gives you an active key-fob to enter the building as well as access to the extra amenities while in the building.
    Membership is $30 a month.

  2. We ask for all individuals to tour the space and become familiar with the amenities before access is granted.

  3. All individuals must complete an application

  4. Once membership is approved, members are able to rent available spaces immediately from the Member Portal.
